Why Metal?
Every Alloy Collectors metal jersey is made from thin stainless-steel sheet.
We start with stainless steel sheet, chemically etched and UV printed to capture all the detail of the real thing. This is hand shaped and formed to create a true hollow, three-dimensional jersey, not a flat badge, not a solid block, but an actual miniature shirt with body, sleeves, collar and form.
The thinness of the steel is what makes this possible: it allows the metal to be worked into the gentle curves and contours of a real match jersey, giving it an authenticity that nothing else can match. Pick one up and you'll notice immediately how light it feels, almost surprisingly so, because the form is hollow, just like the shirt it represents.
No paper. No resin filling or die-cast weight. Just steel, air, and craftsmanship.

At Alloy Collectors, football is more than just a game; it’s part of our daily banter, the water cooler chat, it can make or break a weekend.
Our founder Ray has always been a die-hard football enthusiast, and he’s used this deep-rooted passion for the beautiful game to create products that embodies it. Having spent years developing and delivering products for other clients, Ray wanted to branch out and create something different from your traditional merchandise with a product that resonated with his own passion for football. Combining this wealth of product experience Alloy Collectors was born in 2022.
We love the “beautiful game” and being a part of the wider fan and sporting communities. Fans are tribal and we all want to be a part of the “team”, “the 12th Man”, showing our allegiance to club and players. We want to give fans something truly unique and worthy of putting on display.
We are a British company making collectibles for global fans. All our design and development takes place near London with our broader infrastructure dotted around the globe to include; Hong Kong, China and Mexico.
We will continue to build our roster of UK clubs to satisfy our local fan base. In addition, we are building our presence in Latin America, having signed Club América, Club Tigres UNAL, Altas FC and Santos Lagunas with others in the pipeline. These partnerships mark a significant entry point for our Mexican fans!
It’s not just about Football/Soccer, we have been developing new metal replica jersey forms to include Basketball, Baseball, American Football! NFL is about to hit the shelves!
